A DIGITAL VIEW. Contemporary Art is more and more imbued with a digital way of looking.

The artists of digt-paint combine painting and so called new media. They seek to analyze and show this new vision. Digital media gives rise to a new visual language. With video and computer works this may be inevitable. But the works of a painter are also influenced by this visual language and way of looking at our modern society. Though often seen as separate, it is exciting to see where the digital and the painter’s view meet: where they overlap, what they have in common, where they are different. Paintings that appear to be made digitally can in fact be painted, and vice versa.
